About Us

i-Empower Solutions was created by Gina N. Fico in February of 2024. From an early age, Gina had a special place in her heart for people with differences. She empathized with their challenges but also noticed their unique gifts.

When she grew up, she was disheartened to learn about the realities of the “real world.” After years of being frustrated by this outlook, the wheels in her entrepreneurial brain began turning. It became her dream to create something to increase awareness, conversation, and ultimately change around this issue. This is how i-Empower Solutions was born.

i-Empower Solutions offers compassionate mental health advocacy sessions tailored to your needs. Our mission is to increase inclusion so everyone can feel supported and safe to share their talents.
