About Me

Hello, my name is Gina N. Fico and I’m the Founder/President of i-Empower Solutions! My passion for mental health began when I was 12 years old. At this time, I started to become attuned to how stress can impact our lives.

As I grew older, I began to notice how stigmatized mental health and neurodiversity are in the workplace. After witnessing the lack of inclusion in the corporate space, I knew I had to start something to help.

My mission is to spread acceptance and make everyone feel safe at work. Understanding each other’s unique minds can be tricky which is why I use an approachable and humanizing method. I’m looking forward to growing with your team!
